在忙碌了很多天之后，终于可以休闲这几天了，小记一下这些天的生活。

1，5.4演讲

大概4月底的某一天跟别人电话听说5.4有个支持北京奥运的集会。电话之后马上搜索了一下，发现活动从四月初就启动了，他们正在招聘志愿演讲者，这不正是我的特长吗？赶快给组织者发了邮件表示参与的积极性。虽然我已经是第五个报名者了（本来只要1-4名），但我还是希望自己能够做成这件事情。从4月30号到5月3号我根据组织者的要求不停的修改我的演讲稿，到我演讲的那一天，已经是第9版了（全文看上一篇日记）。本来被安排第一个演讲，后来因为有个17岁的ABC小朋友，我被安排到第二了。ABC小朋友虽然没有演讲经验，但是爱国心还是很明显的。我演讲之前好几个人跟我讲别紧张，我笑着说谢谢，心里想的是：连美国法院的口头辩论都玩过了，我岂能让自己的同胞和纽约民众失望呢？当我站在舞台上手握话筒的时候，我明显感觉到我甚至不是我之前想象的我，站在那里我就像obama在竞选总统一样，我有种煽动的欲望，从我停顿时他们的欢呼中，我知道我做到了。演讲完之后，有个人跟我讲他因为很累本来打算一个小时就回去了，因为觉得我的演讲很“inspiring”所以才继续留在了那里。还有个比较好玩的，因为主持人介绍了我来自陕西宝鸡，后来有个老爷爷专门走过来跟我讲，他参加中国人民解放军在1950年的时候行军经过宝鸡在那里住了一晚。啊哈哈……，我赶快答曰：宝鸡人民继续欢迎你来宝鸡，哈哈！

2，惬意的清晨

这几天醒的很早，先插叙一下为什么不上班的时候会起得早。上班的时候如果可以多睡几分钟我就会特别有满足感成就感，不上班的时候本来就可以多睡，就算多睡一会完全没有成就感！接着前面说，起床之后我就一身超休闲的打扮去社区操场旁散步，走在阳光斑驳的树荫下，惟有轻松惬意在心头。相形之下，旁边是那些面带焦急的匆匆行人；而我，此刻没有压力，也没有梦想，我甚至可以忘却男人的野心。

3，回国计划

只知道自己会在7月或者8月回国，但是并没有确切的日期。原因在于在美国还可能再发生一些事情，这些事情要等待一段时间才知道结果。总体而言，关于未来, 我处在一种平静的等待的状态，之所以平静是因为我对自己的未来有足够的决心和信心；之所以等待，是因为命运暂且还不能有自己掌控，我需要别人给我机会。

Chinese people have a long tradition of welcoming comments and criticisms.  In this regard, all people who have concerns about China are true friends of the Chinese People!

中国人民有着欢迎评论和批评的历史传统。从这一点而言，所有关心中国的人都是中国人的朋友！

Today, I am taking this opportunity to send one message to our friends: we are a group of people who love peace and development.

今天，我借此机会向我们的朋友们传递一条信息：我们是一群爱好和平和发展的人们。

As observed by the world, China has made numerous achievements for the past fifty years and has become more and more influential in the world’s economic stage.  However, we have no interest in becoming one of the world's superpowers. The reason is quite simple: from its establishment, the founding fathers of New China directed our focus to economic development. Moreover, after the end of the cold war, peace and development have become the world’s themes; and we are making active efforts to promote that peace and development of the world.

全世界都看到中国在过去的五十年内取得了不可胜数的成就，并且在国际经济舞台上变得日益有影响力。但是，我们无意成为世界上的超级强权。原因很简单，新中国的国父们指导我们把关注点放在经济发展上。更重要的是，在冷战结束之后，和平和发展已经成为世界的主题，而且我们一直在积极地推动世界和平和发展。

For this purpose, modern China has joined many international organizations who are contributing to the world’s peace and development.  The international Olympics Committee has incorporated “promotion of peace” as one of its missions.  Mr. Coubertin, the father of the modern Olympics Games, explained the Olympic flag in this way: the five rings represent the five continents of the world, and the six colors represent all nations on this planet.  The modern Olympic Games is a recognition of the unity of all nations and the peace of the world.

为了这个目标，我们参加了很多对世界合平和发展做出贡献的国际组织。国际奥运委员会已经把“推动和平”作为其使命之一。现代奥运之父Coubertin先生这样解释奥林匹克旗帜：五环代表世界上的五个大陆，六种颜色代表地球上的每一个国家。现代奥林匹克运动是对国家之间友谊和世界和平的充分认可。

The slogan of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games is “One World, One Dream”.  It is simple in its expression, but profound in its meaning.  One world is the world we all live in; and one dream is the dream we all share: the peace and development of the world.   

2008年奥运会的口号是“同一个世界，同一个梦想”。其表达简单，却涵义丰富。同一个世界是我们都生活的世界，同一个梦想是我们都分享的梦想：世界的和平和发展。

China is a country with a 5000-year history and 1.3 billion people, and we are always eager to contribute to the common dream of all nations.

中国有个5000年的历史和13亿的人口，我们一直渴望着为所有国家的共同梦想做出贡献！

The 2008 Olympic Games is an opportunity for the Chinese people.  It will let us help to promote the unity of all nations, and the peace of the world.

2008年的北京奥运会对中国人来说是个机会，它可以让我们有机会推动国家间的友谊和世界的和平。

Dear friends, let’s forget the differences in colors, the differences in languages, and the differences in races;

亲爱的朋友们，让我们忘记肤色差异，语言差异和种族差；
